I, she/her, am in private practice currently in Olympia, WA. My small part-time clinic is in-network with several insurers. I see patients by appointment only. I often combine acupuncture with physical medicine modalities such as exercise, massage, gua sha, and others. I often recommend dietary, relaxation, and lifestyle advice as well.

I love to learn. I attended the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in Portland, Oregon and graduated in 2005 with a Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. I continue to study qigong with the Ling Gui International Healing Qigong School. I am currently also studying Ayurveda (The Shakti School) and Yoga. I completed my 200hr teacher training through My Vinyasa Practice and I am now continuing my education with the Svastha Yoga Therapy Program. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1999 from the University of Alaska. I am a 1997 massage graduate of East West College of the Healing Arts.

Paul has been treating Peripheral Neuropathy for over 30 years: my interest began treating patients with HIV combination therapy related PN. I now treat mainly chemotherpy induced and idiopathic PN. Acupuncture is definitely the most effective treatment for PN and is good to see this is now supported by numerous studies.

I am the owner of Many Rivers Community Acupuncture, a hybrid community and private acupuncture clinic in Bloomfield, CT. My private treatments focus on pain management with motor point needling, trigger point needling, and posture analysis through my training as a Certified Sports Medicine Acupuncture Specialist. My community treatments focus on mood disorders, digestive issues, women's health, support for cancer patients, peripheral neuropathy, and chronic pain.
